What’s the difference between Basic Bookkeeping and Full-Service Bookkeeping?
Basic Bookkeeping includes monthly tracking, reconciliations, consistent categorization, monthly statements (Balance Sheet + Profit & Loss), plus unlimited email/text support.
Full-Service Bookkeeping includes everything in Basic, plus A/R (invoicing), A/P (bill.com), job costing/project tracking, and payroll support options.
Which plan is best for my business?
Choose Basic if you want accurate monthly books and clean reporting. Choose Full-Service if you want a hands-off solution with invoicing, bill-pay, job costing, and/or payroll.
What’s included in the monthly financial statements?
Monthly reporting includes a Profit & Loss (P&L) and a Balance Sheet so you can track performance and overall financial position.
Why does pricing vary from business to business?
Pricing adjusts based on monthly transaction volume, number of accounts, class tracking, industry complexity, and any add-ons (A/R, A/P, job costing, payroll, etc.).
Do you provide QuickBooks Online, and is there a discount?
Yes. Basic includes a QuickBooks Online discount (30% off for 12 months). If you already have QBO, we can work in your existing account.
How does Accounts Receivable (invoicing) work in Full-Service?
We create and send invoices through QuickBooks Online on a monthly, semi-monthly, or weekly cadence. Pricing depends on invoicing frequency and estimated invoice volume.
How does Accounts Payable work with bill.com?
We integrate bill.com so bills can be captured, processed, and paid through the platform, while ensuring everything is recorded correctly in QuickBooks Online.
What is job costing / project tracking?
Job costing organizes expenses by job/project (materials, labor, subcontractors, and other costs) so you can see profitability per project.
Do you handle payroll, and what does it cost?
Payroll is available as an add-on: +$105/month for monthly payroll processing for up to 4 employees via ADP (includes monitoring tax payments/filings).
If you process payroll, Basic includes entering payroll data into QuickBooks.
What support do you offer if I have questions?
Both plans include unlimited email and text support so you can get answers quickly.
